To track your order, please enter you Tracking Number in the input box and press the "Track" button 

We choose Fast Airmail for faster shipment to our customers from US. The majority of packages will arrive on or before the expected date for delivery.

About missing or wrong items

If you feel that your order has gone missing, please contact us as soon as possible, we shall do our utmost to help locate the goods. In some cases (incomplete addresses for example), goods may be returned to our premises by the shipping company. We shall endeavor to contact you as soon as any goods are returned to us in order to rearrange delivery.

If you have received your order but there are items missing, or the items you have received are wrong, please contact us immediately with your order number and the details of the missing or wrong items. We keep a record of all our files so are able to check exactly what has been sent to you.

About damaged items

We take the utmost care in preparing and packaging your order.

We are dealing with delicate materials, so it's in our interest to make sure that everything is correctly handled and processed.

Occasionally an order may be damaged in transit. If you have accepted the parcel and the goods inside are damaged, please contact us with your order details. we will contact the customer straight away to arrange a replacement

If you are able to provide pictures of the damage this will help speed up the replacement process.
